Plant Labor, 3rd Shift (11pm- 7 am)
 
Responsibilities...
   • This position will provide support to company advanced manufacturing needs.
   • Ability to use and maintain air powered and hand tools used in basic repairs to
      the facility & equipment
   • Maintaining plant cleanliness, including washing and painting walls and equipment

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions... 
   • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization & adheres to all organizational standards.
   • Cleaning and pulling metal shavings from manufacturing equipment
   • Ability to use a hand held pallet jack, fork truck and other small industrial vehicles
   • Ability to read and interpret instruction sheets
   • Ability to read and understand basic measuring devices
   • Basic knowledge of 6S safety and ISO organizational standards
   • Exceptional safety record and promotes good safety practices
   • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and a self-starter
   • Ability to lift 40 pounds, with or without assistance
   • Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations such as addition, subtraction,
      multiplication and division
   • Able to meet specific department and shift deadlines
   • Interface with all departments and levels of management
   • Assists with other duties as needed and directed
   • Ability to analyze and solve issues

Education and Experience...     
   • 1-3 years-experience in an industrial environment
   • Forklift experience, preferred
   • High school diploma or equivalent

Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift* (11pm- 7 am)

Responsibilities...
   • This position will provide skilled support to building and machine maintenance needs
      in an advanced manufacturing environment.
 
Qualifications & Essential Job Functions...  
   • Perform preventive maintenance and repair machining centers and lathes
   • Troubleshoot and repair all hydraulics and pneumatics
   • Will learn CNC & PLC controls, furnace and electronic controls
   • Will gain knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair, on equipment and facility
   • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical printouts and operation sheets
   • Gain basic knowledge of 6S safety and ISO organizational standards
   • Develop exceptional safety record and promotes good safety practices
   • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and a self-starter
   • Ability to lift 40 pounds, with or without assistance
   • Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations such as addition, subtraction,
      multiplication and division, also basic knowledge of percentages and decimals as
      related to manufacturing
   • Maintain records on work projects completed; prepare written reports related to work
      assignments; document actions and present written progress reports
   • Interface with all departments and levels of management
   • Assists with other duties as needed and directed
 
Education and Experience...     
   • High School Graduate or equivalent
   • Hydraulic
   • Pneumatic
   • CNC experience or equivalent education
   • Mechanical aptitude
   • 2 years Electrical Experience
