Our Continuous Improvement Journey

 

During the past several months we have begun launching LEAN initiatives that have helped us identify opportunities to eliminate "MUDA" or waste from all of our processes.  We have had to reassess and realign our paradigms, values, actions, and focus so that we can all become champions of continuous improvement.

 

 

We have already initiated several MBF (Management By Fact) Teams that are reviewing opportunities to drive cost out of our materials and inventories.  We are seeing some success from their efforts even in this economy.  

 

All employees completed 6S training in an effort to provide them with the tools and direction needed to drive improvements in their respective work areas.  Visually you are able to see many improvements on the floor and in the office areas.
